Tend Bar Behind the Bookcase

We're putting together the team for a new speakeasy in Miami, and right now we're looking for one bartender to join us.

We're opening a little 1920s speakeasy in Miami, tucked behind a bookcase inside specialTEA Lounge. It's a small, candlelit room with live jazz and cocktails we genuinely care about.

We're hiring before we open, so whoever joins us gets a real hand in how the bar comes together, right from the first pour. If you've spent a few years behind a bar, you know your classics, and you actually like taking care of people, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

  • Make classic and prohibition era cocktails, and make them well.
  • Look after guests and keep the room feeling warm and easy, never rushed.
  • Help us shape the cocktail list as we find our footing.
  • Keep your bar clean, stocked, and running the way it should.

Who we're looking for

  • A couple of years behind a bar at least, ideally somewhere that cared about cocktails.
  • You know the classics, you know your spirits, and your technique is solid.
  • You stay friendly and level when the bar gets slammed.
  • You're good with evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • You're at least 18 and able to work in the U.S.
$12/hr + tips

Gratuity is included on every check, so your tips are guaranteed, not left to chance. We have both full-time and part-time spots open.
